Cord thickness and quality Our cord is 100% cotton and 4 mm thick (not 3 mm), the perfect thickness for macrame projects. We’ve improved the thickness of our cord, and it’s now ideal for any project. Make sure you get the right cord thickness as you begin your macrame journey. Wooden dowels 4 dowels: 2 measuring 30 cm and 2 measuring 15 cm. Make sure to check the dowel length before you start making your macrame wall hanging. Some dowels are too short, leaving you with a small wall hanging. We provide 2 short dowels and 2 longer ones for both large and small projects. Wooden beads The holes in our wooden beads are large enough for the macrame cord to pass through. (It can be difficult to thread the cord through if the holes are too small.) Make sure you get the right size wooden beads for the cord you’re using. Comb You’ll need a comb or brush when making macrame to create a tassel effect. Our comb is the perfect size and brushes through the cord very smoothly. A wide-tooth comb isn’t suitable for combing macrame cord. Easy-to-follow video tutorials included with the kit. 1. Macrame plant hanger When finished, the hanger fits most pots. Pot and plants are not included. Measures 74 cm when finished. 2. Macrame wall hanging This wall hanging is the perfect size for any room. Easy for beginners to make.
