Phillips and his team of artists select our art supplies, create our guides and tutorials, produce our videos, and share practical tips and expertise born of their enduring passion for art. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ACROSS OUR ENTIRE RANGE You can achieve better results because we put the best quality at your fingertips. In our dedicated studios, our art and technical teams test competing brands and, wherever we identify problems, develop products to address them—through formulation and pigment selection; feel, grip and comfort in use; and tools, packaging and presentation that are more attractive and effective. THE GLOBAL CASTLE ARTS COMMUNITY Join our loyal and ever-growing family of Castle Arts artists around the world. They stay in regular touch with one another and with the brand through our emails, social media pages, knowledgeable customer service team and Castle Club, sharing experiences, tips and inspiration by showcasing their art in the gallery on our website. 72-PIECE METAL TIN OF COLORED PENCILS 72 professional-quality, break-resistant colored pencils with a soft feel, selected and developed by the artists in our studios. Their rich, creamy, velvety cores are highly pigmented and allow for layering, blending, detailed work and burnishing. Arranged by color family, each pencil is numbered and labeled with its color name for easy selection. Choose from the three easy-lift trays. PLUS, a 5-step tutorial is included. STURDY METAL PRESENTATION TIN A high-quality Castle Arts metal tin makes a gift to treasure and is a pleasure to use. Open the 3-hinged lid, featuring striking unicorn artwork, to reveal the pencils neatly arranged in trays and labeled with names and numbers for easy selection. 72 VIBRANT COLORS The professional-quality, break-resistant cores come in an appealing range of intense pigments, encased in soft-touch limewood for a better grip. They sharpen easily and resist crumbling for detailed coloring. BLEND BEAUTIFULLY The creamy cores, made with the purest-quality wax, provide a smooth application and controlled layering, helping you achieve a soft, saturated, natural effect as colors blend from one shade to another and strokes transition from hard to soft. MASTERFUL STROKES Put your colored pencils to the test by varying pressure to control intensity and experimenting with techniques such as hatching, cross-hatching, outlining and stippling—or press harder to create a rich, burnished shine.
