Suitable for head sizes from 48 to 58 mm How to use Step 1: Plug the supplied 5V AC/DC power adapter into the DC jack on the back of the transmitter, then plug the other end of the adapter into a wall outlet. Step 2: Turn on your audio source (e.g., TV, hi-fi system, MP3 player, or iPod). Set the volume on your TV, audio amplifier, or DVD/CD player headphones to about halfway (50%). Step 3: Connect the transmitter to your TV, phone, or computer via the optical or AUX input, using the supplied optical cable or the 3.5 mm audio/RCA cables. Set the transmitter to channel A or B; the RED indicator will light up. When an audio device is connected and playing music, the transmitter's BLUE indicator will light up. If no audio device is connected or no music is playing, the transmitter will turn off automatically after 3–6 minutes.
